Refund Policy
This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks for subscription plans on the LetsCommerce platform (the "Service"), operated by LetsCommerce ("we", "us", "our") and accessible at https://letscommerce.io.
This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Copyright Policy.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all subscription transactions.
1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at admin@letscommerce.io.
1.2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to the Service and all features of your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
1.3. After cancellation takes effect, your account will be downgraded. Your store data will be retained for 30 days after the end of your subscription, during which you can reactivate your subscription to regain access. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
1.4. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle when you cancel mid-cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. Monthly Subscriptions
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase or of a renewal charge, provided you have not extensively used the Service during that period.
- Refund requests made after 14 days from the charge date will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
2.2. Annual Subscriptions
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial annual subscription purchase.
- For annual renewals, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the renewal charge date.
- After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to prevent future renewal, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period.
2.3. Free Trials
- If you signed up for a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period.
- If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan. Charges incurred after trial expiration are subject to the standard refund terms described above.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have violated our Terms of Service and your account has been terminated.
- You simply forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal (though we may consider goodwill refunds on a case-by-case basis if you contact us promptly after the charge).
- Dissatisfaction with the Service after extensive use beyond the 14-day refund window.
- Changes in your business needs or decision to use a different service.
- Temporary Service downtime or maintenance that is resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1. To request a refund, contact us at admin@letscommerce.io with the following information:
- Your account email address.
- The transaction or invoice number (available in your billing history or Paddle receipt).
- The reason for your refund request.
4.2. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4.3. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. All refunds are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.
5.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, credit card company, or payment provider in processing the refund.
5.3. If you paid in a currency other than the original transaction currency, refund amounts may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. We are not responsible for any differences caused by currency conversion.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
6.1. If you have a billing concern, we encourage you to contact us first at admin@letscommerce.io before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company.
6.2. Chargebacks initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your account pending investigation.
6.3. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that we believe are unwarranted and to provide evidence to the payment provider supporting the legitimacy of the charge.
7. Plan Downgrades
7.1. If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
7.2. No refunds or credits are issued for the price difference between plans during the current billing cycle.
7.3. You will retain access to all features of your current plan until the downgrade takes effect.
8. Service Discontinuation
8.1. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the Service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and issue a pro-rata refund for any prepaid, unused subscription period.
8.2. This Section does not apply to the discontinuation of individual features or minor changes to the Service.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. The current version of this Policy applies to all refund requests made after its effective date.
