Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between Letscommerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and you, the user who agrees to the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). The Agreement defines the terms and conditions of the services provided by the Company and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Company provides the Client with services for the development of e-commerce websites, including but not limited to development, design, integration, support, and other services that ensure the functionality and development of e-commerce websites.

2. Obligations of the Parties

2.1. Obligations of the Company

The Company undertakes to:

  • Provide the Client with services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the agreed-upon requirements.
  • Complete the work within the agreed timelines.
  • Inform the Client about the progress of the work and any changes in the process of providing the services.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of the information provided by the Client in accordance with personal data protection laws.

2.2. Obligations of the Client

The Client undertakes to:

  • Provide the Company with accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the performance of the services.
  • Pay for the services rendered within the terms and manner specified in this Agreement.
  • Cooperate with the Company during the execution of the work and provide the necessary materials and resources.

3. Cost and Payment Terms

The cost of the services is determined according to the commercial offer or invoice provided by the Company. Payment for the services is made within the terms and in the manner agreed upon by the parties. In case of delayed payment, the Client must pay a penalty as specified in the invoice.

4. Rights and Intellectual Property

All rights to materials and software created in the course of providing the services belong to the Company until full payment for the services by the Client. After that, the rights may be transferred to the Client under the terms of an additional agreement.

5. Confidentiality

The parties undertake not to disclose any information that became known during the performance of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, unless required by law.

6. Term and Termination of the Agreement

This Agreement enters into force upon its signing by the Client and remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled by both parties. Either party has the right to terminate the Agreement by notifying the other party at least 14 days before the intended termination.

7. Liability of the Parties

The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable laws.

8. Amendments and Supplements to the Agreement

The Company has the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. The Client will be notified of any changes. The changes take effect after being published on the website.

9. Final Provisions

This Agreement is legally binding on both parties. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
