Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into between Letscommerce (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and you, the user, who agrees to the terms of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). This Agreement governs the processing of personal data provided by the Client for the services rendered by the Company.

1. Purpose of Data Processing

The Company processes personal data provided by the Client to fulfill obligations arising from the concluded contract and to ensure the proper functioning of the services provided to the Client. The purposes of processing are as follows:

Most data is processed automatically using software that ensures the proper performance of services. Some data may also be processed manually by administrators or programmers when necessary to resolve technical or administrative issues.

3. Obligations of the Parties

The Client undertakes to:

  • Notify the Company of any changes to the provided data.
  • Ensure the legality of providing personal data of third parties, if such data is processed by the Company.

4. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

The Client's personal data may be transferred to third parties who cooperate with the Company and have their own data processing agreements. These third parties include:

  • Third-party companies that provide services to the Company and have their own data processing agreements.
  • Banking systems that process financial data, and which also have their own data processing agreements.

The Company will ensure an adequate level of data protection when transferring data to third parties according to this Agreement.

5. Data Storage

Personal data will be stored for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of processing but not longer than is permitted by law or required for the performance of obligations under this Agreement.

6. Data Protection

The Company takes all necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Technical and organizational measures for data protection are applied.

7. Rights of the Client

The Client has the right to:

  • Access their personal data.
  • Correct or delete their personal data, provided that this does not contradict legal requirements.
  • Request restriction of the processing of their personal data or their transfer.
  • File complaints regarding the processing of their personal data with the relevant data protection authorities.

8. Changes to the Agreement

The Company has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes. Changes take effect after they are published on the website.

9. Final Provisions

This Agreement is part of the general terms of service of the Company. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
